Anybody who travels the expressways of the metropolitan area knows how eye-catching a billboard can be. The JCCIA will be giving Brian Urlacher’s new head of hair a run for its money with a 48-foot-wide billboard in celebration of Italian American Heritage Month, strategically placed along Chicago highways throughout October.
