Designating the Month of October as Italian-American Heritage Month

We finally have Italian Heritage Month by law in the State of Illinois!

We have been trying for a very long time to get this passed on the State level, even as recently as last session it was stalled in the senate. But we are proud now that it has made it through the house and the senate and simply awaits the signature of the Governor!
