"Following the City and State guidelines for Phase 4 reopening, DCASE will not issue Special Events Permits for outdoor festivals, athletic events, and nonessential markets including Maxwell Street Market through the end of this year."
"CDOT has also suspended block club parties and parade permits through the end of the year."
This means that our 2020 Columbus Day Parade has been canceled.
