Over the past two months, we have experienced an unprecedented change in our way of life due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Sheltering in place has caused many Italian-Americans in the Chicagoland area to either have limited or no ability to work. The Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans (JCCIA) wants to assist members of the Italian American community at this critical time by lending a helping hand.

 

We are asking you today to partner with us by providing a donation to the cause so we can provide restaurant and grocery store gift cards to families who need it most in our community. Funds will be limited to those who have no income or elderly members of our community who are shut-in and have no assistance to obtain groceries.

As we all know, there is always room for one more at an Italian table!  Let’s show the world how generous we can be!

Please send your donation to the JCCIA through the PayPal link at JCCIA.COM, or by check made out to: JCCIA Covid-19 Chicago Relief Fund. We are asking that you strive to make your donation by June 5, 2020 so we can begin distribution efforts to those that need our help.
